INSiGHT Scan

Our in house INSiGHT Scan Technology

A NeuroThermal INSiGHT Scan is a gentle, non-invasive assessment that measures heat patterns along the spine to reveal how well the autonomic nervous system is functioning. This scan can be done for all ages, from newborns to seniors. The nervous system has three main branches, and the autonomic part of the nervous system controls the function of the organs and glands. When the autonomic nervous system gets out of balance, symptoms start to show up. Below, you'll see a chart showing a breakdown of each branch and the most common patterns we see when stress shows up in the system.

By tracking temperature changes, the scan highlights areas of stress, imbalance, or altered nerve function. On a healthy scan, both sides of the spine look even -no irritation, no imbalance. On a stressed scan, we often see uneven patterns of color changes. Green indicates mild irritation, blue is moderate, and red is significant. These patterns help identify signs of subluxation and vagus nerve stress, which can affect key systems like digestion, immunity, hormones, and sleep. For patients dealing with issues such as low energy, colic, reflux, constipation, ear infections, allergies, adrenal overload, digestive issues or sleep challenges, this scan helps pinpoint where the nervous system is under strain.

When reviewing INSiGHT Scan results, we are able to create a roadmap to healing that begins with the nervous system. As chiropractors we look for scan indicators such as elevated stress patterns, uneven or “tug-of-war” nerve activity, or chronic tension along the spine. These findings give a clear picture of how the nervous system is adapting and where targeted nervous system-based chiropractic care may help improve function and overall well-being.
